If it's just the one rotten post causing the issue, then that is something you might be able to tackle yourself. If that's the case be sure to check out the video below. However if the fence line is plagued with faulty posts, then it might be time to call in the experts.
HANDY HINT
One of the most common products to use for fence posts is treated pine. If you're using one of the treated pine for fence posts make sure you get the right classification as designated by a "H" rating.
Hint: Usually H4 treated pine is suitable for fence posts but check with your local hardware to make sure you get the right product for your specific application.
